[REVIEW] Missha The Original Tension Pact Tone-Up Glow

Alright, here comes another review! But this time it's a tension pact type of foundation by Missha, The Original Tension Pact Tone-Up Glow. I heard Missha launched four different types of tension pact for this version: Perfect Cover, Natural Cover, Moisture and Tone-Up Glow. Honestly saying, I don't know why I chose this one. Maybe because the packaging is cute? Probably. I was about to purchase the Natural Cover version-- this is what actually I bought. It's definitely not an accident.

Do take that note that I have COMBINATION SKIN type, oily T zone and dry U zone.

Product + Packaging:
Missha The Original Tension Pact Tone-Up Glow (14g)
This guy does not come with a refill, obviously. Since it's a tension pact, I find that there is more product volume compared to cushion foundation. Maybe because it's using a filter instead of the cushion thingy, you know. You're gonna have to be careful tho when you press your puff onto the net so that it won't overflow or something. The packaging, it's cute overall. Easy to carry and light weighted. It claims to tone-up your complexion as in brightening and give off the glowy and dewy finish. It's a moisturizing type of foundation.

Sun Protection:
SPF30 PA++

 Shade:
Nude Beige (21)
I'll be honest. This doesn't match me at all! It's just too bright and fair and I was left speechless when I first tried it on. I know I should go for 23 instead but usually, I won't be having any problem with 21 shade from other brands. So keep in mind, that Missha's shades are lighter and fairer than you usually use. Mine is in pink-fair base by the way.

Longevity:
I'll be honest once again. It's not long lasting without powder, ladies and gents. After all, it's only for tone-up and brightening purpose so I guess, that makes some sense? If you have oily skin, don't even bother with this. Just go with Perfect Cover or Natural Cover instead, alright? It didn't do really well for me despite me having a combination skin which my U zone should be fine. It disappeared after about 5 hours without powder.

Texture:
It is slightly heavy for me. So, I can only deal with one layer. If any more, I'll wash off my face right away. This is totally different from any cushion foundations out there.

Coverage:

On the honest side, maybe a little bit? On the brutally honest side, just none. As you can see, it does brighten up my skin but, it doesn't cover much. Or it doesn't cover anything really. My blemishes and dark circles were 100% visible when I tried this on for the first time. So, I suggest this tension pact is good only for those who have perfect to normal skin type.

Finish:
Dewy and glowing like finish. Just like the Pony Effect's Everlasting Cushion but this one, its dewiness and glows last longer. For about 5 to 6 hours. Even if you powder your face, the shine will show up after about 2 hours or so.

Skin type Recommendation:
Normal and dry skin only. For those with oily or combination skin, please stay away from this. Unless you have a very good, flawless skin then go ahead. This would be very good for you.

Since I'm not really happy with this guy (not happy actually), I'll give it 1/5. For the packaging and how it brightens up your dull skin. But anyway, I'll still show you the results! You can see how ghostly I look here and my blemishes are visible too-- I-- I just feel like this is going to someone else's hands. I'm sorry orz. Thanks for reading by the way and have a nice day, peaches!
