[REVIEW] YADAH ALL DAY CUSHION + ALL DAY TINT

Hello, ladies and gents (if you're present too)! It's been forever since my last update and I apologise for that. Finals and assignments had been trying to kill me in their most cruelest ways but I'm here again! Now, let's go for this review, yeah? This time, these babies are from YaDah brand! It's a Korean brand of course. Apparently, they have come out with the new version of All Day line: Be My Cushion and Be My Tint. They are both basically the same except that, the new line offers more shades for the cushion and lip tint. Nevertheless, let's move on to the review now, shall we?

Do take note that I have a combination skin type: Oily T zone & Dry U zone

Products + Packaging

YaDah All Day Cushion & YaDah All Day Tint 

I'll say, they are cute but pink is not my style. The cushion is just like any other cushion, you know. There's a puff, a cushion foundation inside and the case is round. No refill by the way. These two are available in set and separately but it's better to go for the set. As for the lip tint, its applicator is just like a normal one would look like. I'd say, these mostly focus on their pink colours and for all day function. They claim to be for long-wearing purpose.

Shades

All Day Cushion: 21. Light Beige

All Day Tint: Pink 

Sadly, these two only come in one shade each. But like I mentioned above, they now have more shades! That said, the cushion shade is lighter than my skin tone but I could live with it, surprisingly. I won't recommend this to those with tanned skin tho. Good thing they now offer shade 23 for the new line. As for the tint, I have no complain. The colour is pretty and it's super pigmented too!

 

Finish

All Day Cushion: I'll say more like natural satin and glowy finish. This might sound confusing but that's how it is. Since I'm into this glow like finish, I once again have no complain. It's just beautiful. I wish they'd this in 23 shade.

All Day Tint: It has this glossy but smooth finish. This tint stains strongly too because of it's strong colour.

Texture

The All Day Cushion is not heavy in texture but, it's not lightweight neither. Let's just say in the middle? At least that's what I think.

Coverage

If I am to rate this, I'll say medium to high. Because it can cover my acne marks pretty well despite being a little too white for my skin tone. If I can get my hands on shade 23, it might give me a better look.

Longevity

Now, this is the part where we are all curious of. They can both last very, very, very long. Just like their name, ALL DAY. Just lightly tap your powder (with a brush, recommendedly) on your t-zone. I love to wear my aloe vera gel as my base makeup recently because it's simpler, easier and quicker and it works very well with this cushion. As for the tint, I just have to put on a lip balm first then it'll stay just fine.

Skin type recommendation

 All skin type. Mostly win for the combination type because this is my first encounter on a cushion foundation that doesn't need much powder on to settle it.

 For both, I'll give 4.5 out of five. I took 0.5 out because I don't really fancy pink colour so oopps. But overall, I think Yadah did great for this All Day line.
