[ REVIEW ] MAYBELLINE SUPER ULTRA COVER CUSHION

Greetings, ladies and gentlemen! Now I'm back with another review after forever-- I got busy reorganizing my life for a moment so I deeply apologize. Let's get to the review right away! This time I'll try to make it shorter but packed with details for you guys.

Do take note that I have a combination skin type: Oily T zone & Dry U zone

Products + Packaging:

Maybelline Super Ultra Cover Cushion (14g) No Refill

SPF 50+/PA +++

It has this sleek and black packing with a gold ring around it, to which I find this is very classy indeed. The downside of this packing is when your fingerprints get stuck on it but overall, I love it. Because it's black okay.

Shade + Coverage + Texture:

2. Sand Beige

This cushion claims to provide you a full coverage and lightweight finish and it is TRUE. I say this thing is indeed a FULL coverage cushion. It doesn't matter if you want to build up the foundation for extra coverage but I don't think that is really necessary. If you have to, build a thin layer on your face first then only add a bit more on the spots you need more coverage.

However, on the extra note, Sand Beige has a heavy orange undertone but it weirdly matches my skin tone. I usually use 23 for Korean cushion foundations.

Longevity:

All day. It can last all day if it wants to. No discoloration or fading as far as I've been using this. If you have super oily skin, this is for you. You can put on a primer first or settle it with loose powder if you want it to last longer. For touch up part, it's okay too. So far, when I do touch up it'll still look good.

Finish:

I can't really decide on this so for me, it's like semi-matte. It's not completely matte since it gives you the soft glow when you wear this. 

Skin Type Recommendation:

I think this cushion will suit to all type of skin but for those who have dry skin type, you might want to moisturize your face first before using this.

Enough to say, I give this 4.5 out of 5. The minus 0.5 goes to the shade because I still find it is quite disturbing to have a deep orange undertone in it. Overall, I'm satisfied with this cushion! Here's some pics on me using this! See ya, peaches!
